Liability for employees is a critical variable for a self-storage owner.  Our "turn-key approach" provides that employees are paid by our company.  Our team members are "employees," paid with all Federal, State and Municipal taxes involved, as well as Worker's Comp.

OPERATION REPORTS/FINANCIALS
 

Operataional "status" reports are provided weekly, and financial reports are provided monthly via Quick Books.  For those that request it, we provide a web-based application which runs 24/7, to provide complete information to any owner/investor.   If you have internet access, you can obtain reports.

Our reports go further and detail all operational factors, including marketing.
